คุณวสุ สุฉันทบุตร นักศึกษาปริญญาโทได้จากไปในเหตุการณ์การชุมนุมทางการเมืองเมื่อวันที่ 27 ธ.ค. 2556 ขณะกำลังเดินทางตามอุดมการณ์ของตนด้วยการเข้าร่วมต่อสู้เพื่อเรียกร้อง ความถูกต้อง เป็นธรรม ในสังคมไทย คุณวสุเป็นผู้รักในอุดมการณ์ ใจดีชอบแบ่งบัน และรักการเรียนหนังสือมาแต่เยาว์วัย  เนื่องด้วยการรักเรียนของคุณวสุนี้ คุณทิพอาภา สุฉันทบุตร ผู้เป็นมารดาได้เสนอการสนับสนุนต่อการจัดอนุกรมโรงเรียนเทศกาล SEP ที่จะมีขึ้นต่อเนื่องไปในอนาคต และเพื่อเป็นอนุสรณ์แห่งความดีงามนี้ เครือข่ายฯ จะตั้งชื่ออนุกรมโรงเรียนเทศกาลของเครือข่ายว่า “อนุกรมโรงเรียนเทศกาล SEP “เพื่อรำลึกถึง วสุ สุฉันทบุตร”
